Life Happens

This post is about the struggle to stay on track while life happens. I am not a nutrition expert, and I will never try to be, but I know that what I am doing works. Life happens, we get busy, we come home late from work, our minds are whizzing with everything going on and before you know it you are eating a candy bar. Okay, so I have not eaten a candy bar myself (I did eat some small sugar free chocolates) but that is what happens. I can tell you that what I did do was run out of product for about a week. My appetite soared. I don't think I did too much damage but I was starting to want food beyond my three meals and small snacks. Now that our M n S (Advocare Product) came in I am back on track. It was an experiment to see if the product works. I have had people say that you can probably do this without using product, well if you can beat cravings then yes, but I would rather have those extra vitamins everyday. Extra vitamins help my body to not CRAVE what is bad for it. Honestly having vitamins that makes my skin and hair look healthier, and makes me feel and focus better are worth every penny. :)
