Its So Easy To Lose Weight

I just wanted to share how easy my lifestyle change (with the help of Advocare) has been. This morning I made wheat pancakes, used Mrs. Butterworth's sugar free syrup and I can't believe its not butter. My kids did not complain a bit. You can ease new foods into their meals and they may not even notice and if they do they will get used to it. :)
Okay so there are struggles, and it isn't rainbows and sprinkles all the time. At work they had cake in the office kitchen for staff. OMG I love cake and chocolate cake at that! So I ate a piece, even with the gentle razzing of a co-worker, but you have to remember when you do eat something that is WRONG do it in moderation. Don't eat half of a cake or 3 pieces, just eat one piece. Celebrate the moments when you eat something bad, visit those heavenly times occasionally then go on with your day and don't look back for a few days. Exercise a few more minutes that night. The next day they had pizza and cookies, bless their hearts I love our new administration, but I declined. I didn't even look at it. I ate my tuna and wheat and went on with my day. Don't say yes for days in a row. Just walk away and save special moments for a special day. :)
