You could be obese and malnourished...

Believe it or not it is true. If you don't eat what your body needs then you are lacking the vitamins and minerals that your body craves, and you could be malnourished. See why I was malnourished before Advocare.

This is how I used to eat. I would drink 3 pops a day, never eat fruits or vegetables, our main courses for dinner were almost always hamburger (not the lean either) based and I used things like hamburger helper, sauces and seasonings that were full of salt, etc....need I go on? I also loved canned food. I would buy canned soups, raviolis, potted meat, vienna sausages and we would eat that kind of stuff for lunch. We also always had hotdogs and various lunchmeat/cheese in our fridge. It is NO wonder I felt so horrible! Plus I was hurting my family by preparing that stuff.

What our supplements do is fill in the gaps when we don't get our veggies and fruits. It is important to eliminate all those bad choices but equally important to fill that void with fruits/veggies and lean meats, and of course wheat breads/pastas.
