Fight the BIG MAC

Okay so it isn't just the Big Mac's fault, but my title covers all fast food. MODERATION is key. I haven't had a Big Mac (which was one of my favorites) for over three months and I don't miss it. The fact is that processed food, high sugar, high salt......etc only creates more cravings. You in turn eat more because you are never truly satisfied. It isn't until your body gets what it needs that it will be satisfied, and yes folks that means NO pop either. NO you cannot drink diet pop and NO you don't want to try carbonated diet drinks/waters.....I know that one was hard for me too. We are so used to carbonated drinks, sugars, salts, breads.....but trust me if you can get yourself used to eating right its a breeze to continue. Do we ever splurge a little and eat out? Sure we do, but not 4 nights a week like we used to, and we drink water, don't order rice or white bread products and we are good. Google sodas, diet sodas, carbonation, sugars, salts etc...... Trust me, I was a Big Mac,

big soda, beanie wienie, bologna/onion sandwich, pizza lovin girl who gave it all up.
